Shipping policy

**1. General Information**

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment unless, when we notify you of the stock arrival time, you would like to wait for the item to arrive.

**2. Delivery Location**

We ship worldwide, but at our discretion to certain countries. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses outside the USA..

International shipping
Shipping charges do NOT include customs, duties, or brokerage and import fees. To determine any additional fees or shipping limitations associated with your shipping destination, please review your country's import/export compliance policies. LFP Experts considers all orders being shipped to destinations outside of the 50 United States as international, including U.S. territories.

**3. Delivery Time**

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

- **Domestic Shipping:** Typically takes 3-7 business days.
- **International Shipping:** Typically takes 10-20 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs processing, or inclement weather.

 

 **4. Shipping Costs**

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

**5. Order Tracking**

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

**6. Damaged Items in Transport**

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at support@lfpexperts.com

**7. Lost or Stolen Packages**

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
